API Drilling Tools Near Bit Stabilizer
Integral spiral blade stabilizer is manufactured from one solid bar of AISI 4145H modifed steel, usually have 3-blade or 4-blade. Professional heat-treatment process gurantees the mechanical property meet the requirements of API SPEC7-1. Hardness of 285-341HB can be assured both 1” beneath the outer surface and 4 quadrant across the neck OD.
Specifications:

2. Raw material: AISI 4145H MOD or non magnetic steel
3. Types: Drill String type and Near bit type.
4. Packing: anti-rust package, steel shelf with plastic bags
5. Standard: API Spec 7-1 or SY/T5051-91Standard.
6. Delivery time: within 30 days after receiving the deposit
7. Delivery condition: as customers' requirement, semi-finished forging or finished product
8. Stress Relief Groove(SRG) on connections, bored for float also available for your choice.

Integral straight blade stabilizer: Integral 3-straight rib stabilizer, integral 4-straight rib stabilizer, and Integral multi-straight rib stabilizer, which working surface are provided with carbide insert compound and overlay, etc. The body is made from high strength alloy steel of heat treated.
Features:
To be manufactured from high strength 4145H heat treated materias.
•One-piece rotation stabilizer can be run either near the bit or up in the drill string.
•Various hardfacings are available i.e. Composite Tungsten Carbide Rod, Tungsten Carbide Inserts, Diamond Inserts, Geothermal.
•Full standard spec and special spec are available.
Applications:
To be applied in most rugged and abrasive drilling formation.
